The Consultancy Package Refund Policy:
Following your recitation of verbal contract on a recorded line and kick of the authorization to one of our agent to talk to Satellite TV provider on your behalf, we extend you a three days grace period during which you may make changes to your package or consulting arrangement. During this time, you may add on additional services and still take advantage of a bulk package rate. You may also reduce the number of services applied to, in which case the consulting fees will be reduced based upon our applicable fee schedule and the actual number of services selected. In addition, during this three days period, you may elect to cancel your service and be refunded minus a charge of $35 per hour for hours worked by our staff member and a $50 processing fee.
For plans, a full refund will be issued if Satellite Guru has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you as committed within the first 30 days of the recitation of verbal contract . If there are one or more issues resolved within first 30 days, the fees for the Consultancy Service will not be refundable. However, after 30 days of purchase of Plan, no refund shall be made by Satellite Guru.
Notwithstanding this Satellite Guru may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of Consultation fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer. Refund amount shall be directly credited to the credit card, the details of which are registered with Satellite Guru. On the specific request of the customer Satellite Guru may process the refund in some other account subject to submission of such documents/information as may be asked by Satellite Guru for the said purpose.
